Our services
Evidence synthesis
Using a complex search strategy executed in 5 bibliographic databases, our team of MID experts identifies primary studies reporting anchor-based MID estimates for all PROMs evaluated in children, adolescents, and adults. Upon request, we also perform de novo systematic searches for primary studies in which MID estimates for clinician-rated instruments, or for MIDs estimated using distribution-based methods.
Analytical support
Our data analysts have experience in estimating MIDs from primary studies, meta-analysis of PRO data, and more. The PROMID team has identified MIDs to enhance the interpretation of PRO data in numerous clinical practice guidelines including BMJ Rapid Recommendations for degenerative knee disease and shoulder conditions, and supported various regulatory agencies.
Study design
Our team can support you with all design aspects of your next MID estimation study, from the selection or creation of the most appropriate PROM and anchor for your clinical context, to suggesting analytical methods, assisting with sample size estimation, and developing strategies to ensure the trustworthiness of MIDs calculated using primary data.
Training
Our team consists of experts in psychometrics, PROMs, and statistics who have shared their knowledge across the globe through presentations at conferences, symposia, and hands-on workshops.
